LORMAN, Miss. - Alcorn State teamed up Academy Sports + Outdoors to provide a $2,000 shopping spree to two local schools. Jefferson County Junior High School and Jefferson County High School will each receive a $1,000 Academy gift card to shop the store for items needed such as sports equipment, outdoor activities and other back-to-school products. We believe this generous gift from our SWAC sponsor Academy Outdoor + Sports will have a transformational impact in their community," said senior associate athletic director Cyrus Russ.
